What's the best way for a gamer to get ripped abs?

If you spend most of your time on the computer, of playing video
games...chances are you're not quite as cut as you're avatar. Lucky for
you there's now a NEW system that I've developed just for gamers like
us. I've used it, my clients have used it, and now you get a chance to
use it. Here's how it works...
1. Set aside an hour TEN minutes of the day to do some grinding
2. Pick a workout that falls in your level range (after all, you are a
n00b)
3. FIGHT through the workout, and get your HARD earned XP and
hopefully level
4. Keep grinding higher and higher until you reach you're desired
level...
5. ..look in the mirror and see what level 80 REALLY looks like!
